In 2015, the Club Executive established a Facilities Development Committee to prepare a five year strategic development plan to improve the facilities and to meet the needs of our club members into the future.
The Facilities Development Committee which was formed consisted of the following members: · Michael Yore, Ollie Farrelly, John L McGee, Brian Comaskey, John Plunkett, Conor Woods, Malachy Plunkett
This Committee spent month’s researching the existing facilities from playing facilities to buildings and infrastructure as well as meeting with other local clubs in the area who have also undertaken recent developments of a similar scale.
A survey among club members was conducted to take everyone’s views on board.
At our 2015 AGM the Facilities Development Committee presented their proposals. Further progress has continued throughout 2016 and the updated Development Plan is available below.
